Senior engineers, embedded in days.
When the roadmap outgrows the team, hiring takes months you don't have. We place senior React & Next.js engineers directly into your workflow - your repo, your standups, your tools - and they start shipping the same week they join.
- first PRs merged in week one
- team size changes on two weeks' notice
- zero recruiting fees or agency middle layer
What you get
Concrete, inspectable output - the list below is what the engagement actually ships, not aspiration.
Senior engineers only
Every engineer we place has shipped production React at scale. We don't place juniors and we don't forward résumés - we place people we've built with.
Onboarding measured in days
Contracts, access, and context handover are on us. Your engineer is reading the codebase this week, not next quarter.
Your process, your tools
Standups, sprint boards, code review - we slot into how you already work instead of imposing our own ceremony.
Elastic capacity
Add an engineer for the big push, wind down after launch. The team resizes with the roadmap, not with a contract renegotiation.
Direct communication
You talk to the people writing the code. No account managers translating in between, no weekly status theatre.
Continuity built in
Decisions get written down and handovers are clean, so the knowledge stays with your team when an engagement ends.

Asked on most intro calls
How fast can an engineer start?
Usually within a week of the intro call. We keep a small bench of engineers we know well rather than recruiting to order, which is what makes the timeline possible.
Do you work in our timezone?
We're remote-first and used to distributed teams. We agree on guaranteed overlap with your core hours before anyone starts - if we can't cover it, we say so on the intro call.
What seniority do you place?
Senior only. Engineers who can own a workstream, review your team's code, and push back on a bad spec - not extra hands that need managing.
What if it's not a fit?
Say so in the first two weeks and we replace the engineer or end the engagement. You don't pay for a bad match.
Need senior hands this month?
Tell us what you're building and where the gaps are - we'll tell you who we'd embed and when they can start.
